A Great Community Celebrating 40 Years

New Lakepointe Townhomes began build in 1977, 40 years ago. Our community of over 300 homes takes great pride in keeping our neighborhood looking good and keeping it safe.  Thank you to all for doing your part in keeping New Lakepointe a great place to live in Northern Virginia.
